We have the capability of powder coating large and small items of all descriptions with 2 stage iron phosphate  pretreatment,first of two box ovens 6mtrs x 2.5 x 2.5mtrs & the second 4m x 2.5 x 2.5mtrs. We have the highest quality powder guns including Gema and Nordson.

Machine shop facilities

Specialising in aluminium extrusion machining, pillar drills. Aluminium extrusion saw ,vertical milling, fly press and belt sanding facilities.

Tampo Pad Printing

Specializing in small profiled components and able to cater for both single and multi colour requirements, we have the ability to supply a consistent quality and service to our clients throughout the uk. Often a cheaper alternative to silk screen printing.

Automotive Parts

We can powder coat most automotive parts including wheels,cycles, motorbike frames and componments, car parts, engine parts and aviation equipment. We can also arrange all shot blasting requirements.
